Using the Web App

1. Head over to the web app.
   
   
2. Click on Forgot Password.
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address in dialogue box.
   
   
4. You should see a confirmation dialogue indicating an email was sent to the specified address. Don't forget to check your junk folder!
   
   
   
   
5. Click the reset link included in the email.
   
   

Using the Mobile app

1. Open the Nirovision iOS or Android app.
   
   
2. Click on Don't remember your password?
   
   
3. Enter your email address in the dialogue box.
   
   
   
4. You should see a confirmation dialogue indicated an email was sent to the specified address. Don't forget to check your junk folder
   
   
   
   
5. Click the reset link included in the email.
