⭕ Person Incorrectly Matched

Sometimes you will see an incorrect recognition. These are easy to fix by following the below steps:
  1. Go to Activity
  2. Click on the activity that is incorrect
  3. This will open a side panel and the video will play
  4. Scroll down and click on Fix incorrect match
  5. A window will pop-up with Suggestions or you can select Identities and choose a specific person or select Create new identity
  6. Once you have made your selection and completed any necessary information click Mark the same
  7. This will take you back to the activity view and your event will now be named as that person.
