👋 Instructions for Invitees
Sites using Aware can register people as they come to site, or email pre-enrolment instructions.
If you received an email similar to the one below, someone has invited you to submit your details beforehand. Invites can be accepted via web and mobile.
Start by clicking on the Register button. You will be led to a secure session on your default browser to proceed with your pre-enrolment.
You'll first be asked to upload or take a photo, which will be used to recognise you coming forward.
This photo should be passport-quality: sharp, front-facing and without occlusions.
You may be asked to re-take it if the photo doesn't meet our quality standards.

Then, you will be asked to complete any required surveys, and upload any required documents.
Once all requirements have been completed, you'll see a confirmation like this.
What happens next?
When you arrive on site, approach Doorkeeper to check in. You'll be recognised straightaway. If there are no other requirements for entry, you'll be granted access straightaway.
