How to reset your MyRapid password

To reset your MyRapid password in order to access your account, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the MyRapid login page to login to your account.
  2. Select "Forgot/reset password":




  3. Enter the email address or mobile linked to your MyRapid account and select “Next”:

  1. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to your email address / mobile. Once you have received this, enter the code and select “Next”:

  1. Create a new password as per the stipulated requirements:

  1. You will then be prompted to log in using your new password.
